Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such late and/or improper performance, in whole or in part, is due to force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
If the relevant event does not cease within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the total termination of the contract, without the right to claim damages from each other.
Applicable law - Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any dispute arising between BATI-AL FACADES SRL and the users will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Bucharest.
